This area is often used for vehicle maintenance, washing, and other outdoor activities. **Private Driveway:** A personal driveway leading to the home, often used for vehicle parking and access to garages or carports and travel across larger properties. These areas can also serve as storage spots for trailers, boats, and other equipment and usually are considered Secondary Structures in your insurance Policy. Carport**:** A semi-covered parking space that provides shelter for vehicles from the elements. Carports can be standalone structures, temporary kits or permanently attached to the home, offering convenient parking and storage options. **Parking Pad:** A designated space, often paved, for parking vehicles, RVs, or trailers.
